At what expense

A few days ago, I was looking at the mirror and I suddenly saw myself at the fattest, ugliest point of my life. I am enjoying the best 6 months of my life abroad, but I am paying a price for that. I love food and I want to experience, as much as I can, the authentic cuisines of the countries I travel to – but I cannot help but succumb to the pressures of this superficial world. It’s so hard to strike a balance.
